The Guest Services Specialist will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health's Rochester Inpatient program . The schedule will be the evening shift , Tuesday- Saturday , 4:00pm-12:30am. Pay Rate: $15.38- $17.50 per hour. In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500 ! Responsibilities The Guest Services Specialist position assists in orientating patients, manage ongoing needs throughout the patients stay in the program and prepare and maintain the facility for use and cleanliness. In this position you will assist with admission process of program including orientating patients to the facility, responding to patient inquiries and requests and resolving issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Services Specialist will demonstrate thorough knowledge of program expectations and schedules and assist patients in managing these activities. Assist with crisis intervention activities, as requested. You will also ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications High School Graduate/Equivalency We strongly encourage bilingual candidates who are fluent in both Spanish and English to apply.
