## Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Flex Pool assignment supporting multiple inpatient units in a dynamic acute care hospital setting.

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience across Medical-Surgical, Step-Down, and Surgical units while enjoying an incredible island lifestyle.

### Assignment Details

* Start Date: July 2026
* Duration: 13 Weeks
* Shift: Days
* Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
* Scheduled 36 Hours Per Week
* Holiday Coverage Required

### Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient care in various inpatient units
* Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
* Administer medications and treatments
* Monitor and evaluate patient progress
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Support patient and family education

### Clinical Areas

* Medical-Surgical Unit
* Step-Down Unit
* Surgical Acute Care Unit
* Cardiovascular Unit (as needed)

### Requirements

* Active RN License
* Minimum 3 Years Recent Acute Care Experience
* Current BLS Certification
* Current ACLS Certification

### Preferred Qualifications

* Med-Surg Experience
* Step-Down Experience
* Float Pool Experience
* PALS Certification
* TNCC Certification
* ENPC Certification
