As a Night CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our residents. - Provide direct patient care to our residents, including personal care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Work closely with our nursing team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and implementation of individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
- Support and maintain a positive and respectful work environment
- As a Night CNA, you will work 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays
- You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with complex medical conditions, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans
