As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for transporting patients and medical staff to and from our facilities, ensuring a safe and timely transportation experience. Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients and medical staff to and from Paramount Healthcare facilities, ensuring timely arrival and departure
• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including pick-up and drop-off times, and any incidents or issues that may arise
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure exceptional customer service
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including traffic laws and company policies
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including cleaning and inspections, to ensure optimal vehicle condition
• Assist with loading and unloading patients, equipment, and supplies as needed

Requirements:

• CNA license required
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
