As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure quality food is provided in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Key duties include: Managing, training, and coaching General Managers, including conducting management orientation. Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards. Overseeing employees and management across multiple drive-ins, ensuring all stations (Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, Skating Carhop, Drive-Thru) perform their duties during shifts, maintaining standards for portion control, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste, and service. Ensuring compliance with employee handbook policies and practices. Addressing employee issues and violations promptly, reporting to supervisors as needed. Reviewing work schedules to maintain proper staffing levels. Monitoring cost control procedures for food, labor, and inventory, taking corrective actions when necessary. Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective actions as needed. Auditing employment and payroll records. Reinforcing guest-first service principles. Responding to guest requests and complaints professionally. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members. Approving employee and management compensation within company guidelines. Preparing operational reports for multiple drive-ins and developing action plans for financial or sales issues. Developing and implementing regional marketing plans. Additional Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred. Minimum three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR. Experience managing multiple units is required. Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and employment practices. Understanding of labor laws and health regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills. Basic accounting and computer skills.
