Job Title: Land Surveyor We are a leading land surveying company based in Washington seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction, engineering, and development projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and tools Proficiency in using CAD software for data analysis and mapping Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and legal documents Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages is a plus Responsibilities Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, contours, and other topographical features Use various surveying tools such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels to collect accurate data Analyze survey data using CAD software to create maps, charts, and reports Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate placement of structures on the site Review legal documents such as deeds, plats, easements, and rights-of-way to ensure compliance with regulations Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients Adhere to safety procedures while working on construction sites Compensation Competitive salary of $900 per week with potential for growth within the company.
