About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team as an AT&T Authorized Dealer. This role is focused on helping customers choose the right AT&T products and services while earning hourly pay with additional commission based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs
- Present AT&T products, wireless plans, accessories, and service options
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to support customer decisions
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store success
- Stay up to date on current promotions, devices, and product features
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning and explaining technology
- Motivated by sales goals and performance incentives
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
