Job Description
We are looking for commission-only Hard Money Lenders to source, originate, and manage borrower relationships. This role is ideal for a people-person who is confident, disciplined and goal driven and who wants to earn based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Source new borrower leads through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Guide borrowers through the application process
- Manage communication from intake through closing
- Work within our systems and follow internal workflows
- Communicate with underwriting and operations team as needed
- Follow up with borrowers for future deals and payoffs
Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Compensation
- Tiered Commission Based on Monthly Loan Volume (Commission Only!)
- Bonuses structure set up for exceptional performance
