About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, DTC Growth & Digital Product to lead its full growth organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance strategy, customer acquisition, and conversion, with a focus on building a durable, diversified growth engine. This role requires a hands-on leader who can design systems, lead teams, and drive outcomes, with a mandate to scale the business significantly. The VP will own the end-to-end growth strategy, act as the executive owner of customer acquisition and conversion performance, and be instrumental in driving efficient growth with clear metrics. Additionally, the role involves leading the AI transformation, building systems for scale, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with shared growth KPIs. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in growth, e-commerce, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in a high-performing DTC business. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in growth metrics, be highly analytical, and possess hands-on technical fluency across e-commerce platforms and AI-enabled workflows. Experience in scaling paid acquisition, particularly in a regulated consumer category, and a strong background in digital product and conversion optimization are essential. The role also requires experience in team leadership, a strong visual judgment, and the ability to connect brand, customer trust, and conversion performance. While not mandatory, experience in Amazon marketplace and broader media ownership is considered valuable.
