About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Head of Product & Technology to lead a comprehensive transformation in the application of AI within digital products and customer workflows. This executive will be responsible for defining and executing the product and technology strategy in alignment with business objectives, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the development of AI-enabled products and operational capabilities. The role demands a leader with a strong background in product, engineering, and technology, particularly in the context of large-scale transformation and commercial experience with AI and related technologies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in modernizing the technology architecture, and engineering practices, and establishing a high-performance operating model that ensures innovation, quality, and efficiency. Applicants for the SVP, Head of Product & Technology position at the company should possess a proven track record in executive leadership, with a focus on product, engineering, and technology functions. Experience in leading transformation programs within technology-driven businesses and a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies are essential.
