Specialist II, Service Desk

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service support to firm clients for Wipfli‑supported hardware and software issues of low to moderate complexity. Resolve issues in accordance with Service Desk Procedures. Develop and maintain general knowledge of major client systems, including support policies and procedures. Assist other specialists or support staff through system knowledge transfer and training. Research and respond to escalated issues, and further escalate as required. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two or more years of helpdesk experience. Strong customer service background. Experience with computer systems, including Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products. Hardware maintenance and repair skills. Demonstrated skill in providing support for hardware and software in a Microsoft environment. Demonstrated good problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Information Technology. Technical proficiency in relevant operating systems and applications.
