About the Role

The Company is in search of a Consultant Relations Leader to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the company's growth, leading all pharmacy consultant engagements and nurturing key relationships within the pharmacy consulting community. This role is pivotal in educating consultants about the company's value proposition, driving opportunity growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively promote and support the company's solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and pharmacy benefits consulting, with a focus on relationship management, strategy, negotiation, and leading presentations. They should be adept at social selling, networking, and have experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment. Key responsibilities for the Consultant Relations Leader include managing a small team, developing playbooks for key consultant partners, and working closely with the pricing and proposals team to ensure offers align with the consultant evaluative process. The role also involves facilitating meetings, representing the company at consultant-led events, and assisting with responses to RFPs. The candidate should be prepared for 10-20% travel and be committed to the company's values of integrity, courage, and collaboration. A minimum of 8 years' experience in the PBM industry, with a preference for those who have worked at a pharmacy consulting firm, is required. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to understand complex processes, and a proactive approach to driving the company's mission of transforming the healthcare system.
