Pricing Analyst

Customer-Centric Pricing Strategy RoleAre you a customer-centric and data-driven individual? Do you enjoy responding to pricing inquiries and guiding decision-making of our customers?This is a hybrid role. Team members are required to be in the Miamisburg, Ohio office weekly on Wednesday & Thursday.You will implement our pricing strategy in our Small Law Business Segment. You will respond to pricing inquiries. Furthermore, you will be involved in proposal creation, deal approval, and contracting.Responsibilities:Responding to pricing inquiries and guiding decision-making by developing a deep knowledge of our productCollecting, analyzing and reconciling discrepancies between data, documents and information in order to create initial proposalsCollaborating with internal teams to secure renewal targets, understand upsell paths and defend against price reductionsAssisting Segment Managers with deal approval by providing pricing guidance, benchmarking data and confirming selling rulesCompleting the business terms in contracts and coordinates contract modifications with Segment, Sales and Legal teamsResponding to transactional pricing and cost recovery questionsAnalyzing pricing data and makes recommendations to more senior level roles to influence pricing strategyRequirements:Have a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related fieldDemonstrate solid mathematical aptitude and comfort with numbersDisplay excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate an ability to solve routine problemsHave excellent organizational skills and ability to manage large sets of information and dataBe able to work as part of a team to accomplish mutual team goalsHave the ability to manage to key deadlines and balance competing prioritiesWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
