Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to work from home nationwide. You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and injured workers to develop and implement treatment plans aimed at maximum medical recovery and safe return to work. Required: active RN license and URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC) plus 2+ years of clinical experience.
