Job Description Job Description Phlebotomist – Dallas, TX $19–$21/hr depending on experience Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Mileage Reimbursed About SmartLab Partners SmartLab Partners is a mobile clinical laboratory providing specimen collections and blood draws directly to patients and healthcare facilities. We partner with hospitals, assisted living, skilled nursing, and home health to deliver accurate, timely, and reliable lab results. The Role Stay active and on the move – travel between homes, hospitals, and care facilities Fast-paced and engaging – stay busy with a high volume of draws throughout the day Make a meaningful impact – your work directly helps patients and healthcare providers What You’ll Do Perform specimen collections and blood draws accurately and efficiently Handle a high volume of collections in a fast-paced environment Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and specimen handling Enter orders into EMR/LIS systems Complete STAT and routine draws Travel between patient homes and healthcare facilities Track mileage for reimbursement Deliver excellent patient care with professionalism and empathy What We’re Looking For 2+ years phlebotomy experience Comfortable with frequent specimen collections and blood draws Reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance Strong attention to detail EMR/LIS experience Independent, self-motivated, and organized Authorized to work in the U.S. Mobile phlebotomy experience Experience with hospitals, assisted living, skilled nursing, or home health Familiarity with lab workflows and specimen transport What We Offer $19–$21/hr depending on experience Mileage reimbursement Monday–Friday schedule (weekends available if wanted) 60-day introductory period with pay increase eligibility Supportive, professional team environment Why Join SmartLab Partners Stay on the move, work independently, and make a real impact in patient care.
