Member Experience Specialist - Front End & Service Leader

Sam's Club in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Retail Associate to provide member service, operate the checkout area, and process purchases and returns. You will promote store services, assist with self-checkout, and help members make purchasing decisions at the front end.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe shopping environment, observing policies, and supporting training for new team members. This role requires strong customer focus and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.
