Join us and use your skills to add value for our customers and have a positive impact on everyone who uses our products.Your Day To Day As A Sr Field Service Engineer, You Will:Be responsible to ensure customer network environment compatibility with our UCC ProductsOnboard accounts inside of company SLAs.Support field operations by diagnosing technical issues, optimizing system performance across customer environments.Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Operations, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable technical solutions and improve departmental processes and efficiency.What We're Looking For As A Sr Field Service Engineer, Your Background Will Look Like:3+ years of experience in field service engineering, telecommunications, networking, systems support, or related technical roles.Strong technical experience in networking and telecommunications or software development and systems integration.Hands-on experience with networking technologies and certifications such as CCNA or CCIE, along with programming experience in JavaScript, Java, and Python.Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, telecommunications, and system issues while supporting integrations, automation, and operational support activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+), strong teamwork skills, and flexibility to support occasional weekend or after-hours operational needs in a fully remote environment based in Guatemala.What We OfferAt GoTo, we care about helping our people succeed at work and feel supported in life.
