Title: Senior Quality Specialist
Location: Greater Springfield, MA *Full relocation provided!*
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full time *US Citizenship required*
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve the calibration program, including gage recall, interval scheduling, location tracking, replacement gages, and coordination with third-party calibration providers (both onsite and offsite).
Manage RT (return/repair/testing) processes, including maintaining internal tracking systems, coordinating with suppliers, and communicating directly with customers.
Utilize computer systems, including ERP platforms.
Support implementation and use of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to manage RT-related activities.
Plan, manage, and conduct internal audits according to established schedules.

Candidate Profile

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with government or regulated contracts (e.g., defense-related).
Experience managing calibration programs.
Experience conducting internal audits.
Familiarity with gage management software (specific platforms are a plus).
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required.
Strong attention to detail with problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work independently.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills and sound decision-making ability.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow structured plans and meet objectives.

Education & Experience

High school diploma required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
3-5 years of related experience.
Relevant quality certification (e.g., ASQ or equivalent) strongly preferred.
