Pega Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into PEGA functional specifications, case designs, and user stories. Collaborate with PEGA architects and developers on workflows, case types, and rules. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Support UAT, production readiness, and post‑implementation activities. Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance standards, and enterprise practices. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Business Analyst background. Hands‑on experience as a PEGA Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, case management, and workflows. Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain. Experience in large enterprise or regulatory environments.
