JOB SUMMARY As an Assistant Unit Manager at Mitra QSR, you will be partner up with Restaurant General Manager and help oversee three key areas of our business: Our Employees: You will oversee day-to-day operations, nurture, grow, and retain your team, and build a culture of excellent customer service Our customers: Your team will take pride in delivering great food with a smile, served quickly in a clean restaurant.
