Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to provide support for clients in the manufacturing industry, sales representatives, and internal teams in Cleveland, OH. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to grasp technical product knowledge.

Duties:

• Oversee customer quotes, sales orders, returns, and replacement shipments using the ERP system
• Collaborate with sales reps to ensure accurate and timely pricing
• Analyze purchase orders, specifications, packaging needs, pricing, and customer designs
• Liaise between customers and internal technical departments for quality and engineering inquiries
• Assist customers in predicting product requirements based on past usage and production timetables
• Coordinate metal and alloy purchases with the procurement team
• Monitor precious metal quantities tied to customer agreements
• Address order discrepancies while updating clients throughout the resolution process
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal units

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales assistance, or account management
• Background in supporting manufacturing clients is preferred
• Competence in interpreting technical designs, specs, and product details
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in entering quotes and orders into an ERP system
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous
• Experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline is desirable
