Ozark Mountain Overnights | Branson, MO | Full-Time | On-Site Ozark Mountain Overnights is a fast-growing short-term rental property management company serving the Branson and Table Rock Lake area. We help property owners care for their homes while creating exceptional experiences for the thousands of guests who visit the Ozarks each year. We’re looking for someone who notices what other people miss. This is a hands-on, field-based position for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, has a high attention to detail, and enjoys working independently while being part of a growing team. As our Property Quality Inspector, you will be the final set of eyes on our vacation rentals before guests arrive. Your job is simple but incredibly important: make sure every property is clean, stocked, functioning, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is also a new position within a growing company, which means there is significant opportunity to take ownership, help us improve our systems, and grow into greater responsibility over time. What You’ll Do Inspect vacation rental properties after cleaning and before guest arrival Ensure homes meet Ozark Mountain Overnights’ cleanliness and quality standards Identify missed cleaning items and coordinate corrections when needed Check supplies, amenities, appliances, electronics, furniture, and property condition Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Document inspections with photos, notes, and digital checklists Communicate clearly with our cleaning and operations teams Help identify recurring issues and improve our property standards and processes Serve as an important part of making sure every guest walks into a property we are proud to manage You’ll Be Great at This If You… Have exceptional attention to detail, naturally notice when something is out of place, take ownership without needing constant supervision, communicate clearly, solve problems instead of simply pointing them out, and genuinely care about doing excellent work. You should also be comfortable driving between properties throughout the Branson area, using a smartphone and property-management technology, and working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change.
