Remote Hospitality Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. You’ll support the planning process by researching options, preparing quotes, and ensuring accurate coordination of arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

• Research and coordinate hospitality services including accommodations and guest arrangements
• Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and confirmation details
• Communicate with clients to gather information and answer general inquiries
• Coordinate with hospitality partners and vendors to confirm reservations and requests
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence
• Provide professional, timely support to ensure a positive client experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
