Hospitality Coordinator

Providing exceptional technical support, the full-time Hospitality Coordinator will manage the Tock customer experience through direct interactions with clients via email, phone, and chat, while working Tuesday to Saturday from 2:30pm to 11pm CST. Key responsibilities Assist customers with technical inquiries in real-time through various communication channels Reproduce and troubleshoot software and data issues while managing incident escalations efficiently Facilitate customized virtual training sessions for customers based on their individual needs Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in an office environment 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project timelines Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary Team player with effective communication skills
