Advanced Care/ Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:
Provides direct care to patien ts -Works with critical care team for ICU lite patients. -Works with hospitalists for Advanced Care patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, wound care, and pain management.
• Administer medications and treatments, observing for reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• RN license in state of assignment.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.
