Job Description Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist). Deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages in a vibrant store environment. Core Responsibilities Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner (80%). Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%). Operate the store stockroom efficiently, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%). Key Qualifications Strong communication skills with team members and guests. Ability to process information and merchandise through the register system. Availability to work 12–25 hours per week on a seasonal, part‑time basis, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as required. Physical capability to stand, talk, move, lift at least 30 lbs., and occasionally stoop, kneel, or climb ladders. Potential for this role to become permanent for high performers.
