Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties in an operating room environment, ensuring patient safety and care quality.
• Plan and coordinate surgical procedures with a focus on orthopedic cases.
• Monitor patient conditions during surgery and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain communication with surgical team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in call rotations, supporting after-hours care as required.
• Uphold facility protocols for equipment and supply management.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Nebraska or compact state eligibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience, with strong orthopedic skills.
• Certification in BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Da Vinci robotic surgery experience highly preferred.
• 100% nicotine-free; must comply with facility health policies.
