Consultant, Advisory Services

IQVIA seeks an experienced Consultant to lead strategic advisory engagements for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across Boston, New York, or San Francisco (hybrid). The role involves managing client relationships, directing project teams, conducting analytical research, and delivering strategic recommendations while mentoring staff and supporting business development. Candidates need 5+ years of consulting experience in life sciences, a bachelor's degree, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple consulting engagements and serve as primary client contact across stakeholder levels
- Lead project teams through design, development, and delivery of client work products
- Execute research and analysis to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Design and deliver high-quality client reports, presentations, and workshop facilitation
- Coach team members on project delivery and professional development; support business development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred
- 5+ years professional experience with management consulting preferred
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
- Project management experience strongly preferred
- Leadership and people development experience demonstrated
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information into strategic recommendations
- Ability to travel as required; English fluency in written and verbal communication
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $273,800.00 base pay
