About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to lead and drive impactful M&A advisory services, particularly within middle-market transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both buy-side and sell-side engagements, capital raising, and financial sponsor coverage. This role requires a dynamic individual who can leverage extensive industry expertise and innovative strategies to deliver exceptional client solutions. The Managing Director will also be tasked with building and growing a team, contributing to a culture of inclusivity and excellence, and ensuring the quality of client deliverables through meticulous attention to detail and effective decision-making. Applicants for the Managing Director, TAS position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in M&A advisory services, particularly within middle-market transactions, is required. The role demands a proven track record in generating new business and cultivating client relationships, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in marketing services to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, industrials, consumer, healthcare, ADG, and business services, and be adept at managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships and projects to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
