About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for M&A Advisory. This senior-level role is pivotal in the firm's full-service financial advisory platform, which integrates investment banking, private capital, and valuation services. The successful candidate will be a proven deal maker, capable of originating and leading M&A and capital markets transactions across various sectors. Key responsibilities include managing the entire deal execution process, from initial engagement to closing, and building and maintaining relationships with business owners, investors, and referral sources. The role demands a professional with a strong network, a track record of successful deal closures, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance, remote-first culture. The ideal candidate for this position at the company will have a proven ability to source, pitch, and close middle-market transactions, and an established network of business owners, investors, and intermediaries.
