Multifamily Maintenance Technician (Evernest) Position Overview We seek a dependable, skilled Multifamily Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units and common areas. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem‑solving skills, detail orientation, and excellent customer service to ensure residents have a safe, comfortable living environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and controllers. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management. Complete work orders in a timely manner while maintaining high‑quality standards. Keep maintenance workspaces and storage areas clean and organized. Communicate with the Property Management team about work‑order updates, changes, or any property‑related issues. Follow safety protocols and comply with all building codes and regulations. Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training. Attend and participate in daily and weekly team meetings. Requirements Versatile skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades. Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents. Comfortable with technology, including iPhone applications, G‑Suite, and Slack. Valid driver’s license (required). Ability to lift 50 pounds (required). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
