Position Overview

Supports freight movement through dispatch coordination, shipment monitoring, and communication across active transportation schedules. This role helps maintain organized workflows while ensuring loads progress according to plan.

Responsibilities

Track active freight movements and update status records
Coordinate scheduling changes and delivery timelines
Maintain dispatch notes and shipment documentation
Communicate delays or service issues to internal teams
Assist with routing adjustments when required
Monitor workflow progress and escalate exceptions
Support daily transportation operations

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication
Basic computer proficiency
Organized and detail-focused work habits
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable following structured procedures
Experience is optional

Work Environment

Structured logistics setting involving shipment visibility, communication, and time-sensitive coordination tasks.
