Senior Art Director / Designer

Lume Craft Atelier is seeking a hands-on Senior Art Director / Designer in Culver City, CA to lead visual concepts and shape creative direction across brand, digital, and marketing initiatives. This full-time onsite role partners with creative and business teams to deliver work that remains consistent, polished, and aligned with brand standards. Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and establish visual directions for ongoing projects Create designs for digital, print, social, and marketing materials Lead the visual direction for brand and campaign work Translate creative briefs into clear and compelling design concepts Develop layouts, typography, color, and visual systems Present concepts and design ideas to internal teams and clients Collaborate with writers, marketers, photographers, and other creatives Review creative work to maintain consistent brand standards Guide projects from initial concept through final deliveryPrepare designs and files for digital and print production Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines Stay current with design, branding, and visual trends Support improvements to creative processes and design standards Provide feedback and creative guidance to junior designers when needed Requirements 5+ years of professional design or art direction experience Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, and visual design Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual composition Experience with both digital and print design Good understanding of branding and creative direction Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to take feedback and develop ideas through revisions Strong organization and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred) Technologies Adobe Creative CloudFigma Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Work Details Full-time position Onsite in Culver City, CA Starting salary: USD 80,000 per year Standard business hours Collaborative creative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Lume Craft Atelier
