Fives Landis Corp is the High Precision Machines Division of Fives specializes in the design and supply of various types of machines for numerous markets such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Rail, Shipbuilding, Energy, Space, etc. The division has approximately 1,800 employees worldwide working in about 20 locations in Asia, Europe, and North America.We are currently seeking Material Shipping Specialist who have the same desire to prove that industry can do it!Pay Range: $21 – $26 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:Organize and coordinate domestic and international shipments for sales orders, repair orders, and service parts.Create, review, and maintain all required shipping documentation, including commerical invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, Canada Customs Invoices, USMCA documentation, and other applicable paperwork.Prepare, document, and coordinate machine shipments from Fives Landis Corp., to customers.Create detailed packing slips by weighing materials, photographing items, and entering material information into spreadsheets for distribution to customers and internal company representatives.Support manufacturing with SAP movements and MIGO transactions.Communicate with customers to obtain and confirm shipping instructions and requirements.Enter, schedule, prepare required shipping documentation for FedEX, UPS, DHL, and other applicable carrier systems, including required tariff and customs information.Perform visual inspections of outgoing freight to verify condition and shipment accuracy.Operate storage and retrieval systems as needed.Assist with loading freight using powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes.At Fives Landis Corp. and under the direction of the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you will join the Receiving team.BENEFITS:12 paid holidays401(k) matchingMedical - Dental - VisionPet InsuranceID Theft ProtectionHands-on trainingTuition & Training reimbursementWellness programs with $ incentivesEmployee engagement activitiesCommunity initiativesGenerous travel incentivesIf this is you, come join us, too! We are seeking someone who has a minimum of a High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing receiving experience preferred. Required ability to read and prepare forms required in stockroom operations and shipments. Forklift and overhead crane experience required. And intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint needed.
