Now Hiring for Member Services Representatives

Government Membership Services supports all of HealthPartners members who are enrolled in Medicare Insurance.

Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan. Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.

Qualifications

2+ years of healthcare insurance CSR experience

Schedule

4 weeks of training, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm; after training your schedule will move to a Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (you have the option to select your start time of 9am/9:15am/9:30am, the later the start time, the shorter the lunch break)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.82 - $25.82/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
