Job Details Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: 7 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2196 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS Opportunity RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse Responsibilities Work in a Level 2E NICU with 10 bays and 1 isolation room Care for neonatal patients 32 weeks gestation and up Patient ratios of 1:1-3 based on acuity for both day and night shifts Attend and participate in baby stabilization for neonates 32 weeks and up Stabilize and prepare transport for neonates under 32 weeks gestation Utilize charting systems and equipment including EPIC, Alaris, Pyxis, and Bridge access for donor milk and breast milk administration Support staff available including charge nurse, receptionist (24/7 on MBU), pediatric hospitalist (24/7), neonatologists rounding daily, on-call OB (24/7), and phlebotomy assistance for peripheral blood draws Hospital-provided scrubs Free parking available Orientation includes at least one shift on unit to learn flow Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience preferred Required certifications: BLS, NRP Benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit and accessible payroll support 401k with 100% matching Monthly reimbursement for health insurance Maximum non-tax stipends available including lodging, meals and incidentals 24/7 On-call support Facility This Magnet-designated healthcare facility is a 176-bed hospital operating as a Level 2 Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center.
