Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Senior Corporate Controller About the Role Our client is seeking a global accounting leader who can enhance financial operations and deliver the clarity needed for stronger decision-making across the business. You’ll lead key accounting processes, refine reporting and controls, and work closely with senior leadership. The position offers meaningful impact and a defined path to expanded responsibility. What You'll Own Serve as the strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring integrity, compliance, and transparency across all reporting Shape the global close and consolidation process, delivering accurate results that inspire confidence with executives, regulators, and investors Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategy to fuel growth and safeguard liquidity Build and enforce robust internal controls and scalable systems that protect assets and enable expansion Partner with the executive team and P&L leaders to translate financial insights into business strategy Champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the accounting organization Mentor and develop a high‑performing team, positioning finance as a trusted advisor across the enterprise What We'd Like Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA preferred Progressive accounting experience, ideally a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and globally recognized reporting frameworks Advanced Excel skills and ERP integration and financial system implementation experience You’re a natural connector by translating complexity, building alignment, and navigating challenges with calm precision You take initiative, drive improvements, and bring a sharp eye for accuracy and process refinement Why This Role This is a high-visibility role where you’ll take on meaningful responsibility and work alongside leadership on key financial decisions.
