Senior Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst — Powers Ferry / Atlanta/Marietta, GA (Hybrid) Our client is a private equity-backed company in an aggressive growth phase — think a five-year plan built around acquisitions, a company that's scaling fast, and a finance team that's about to modernize its whole tech stack (they're kicking off a conversion from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics). We're open to candidates coming from either a Senior Accountant or Senior Financial Analyst background — what matters more is strong technical fundamentals and the appetite to grow with a company that's moving quickly. What You’ll Do Own core month-end close activities — journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Prepare and analyze financial statements, helping tell the story behind the numbers Support the ERP conversion from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics, including process documentation and data integrity checks Assist with acquisition-related accounting as the company adds new entities to the portfolio Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership on ad hoc financial analysis Help build and refine processes and controls as the finance team scales What We’re Looking For 4+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong Excel skills; ERP/general ledger system experience a plus (Dynamics experience is a bonus, not a requirement) Comfortable in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment where priorities shift as the company grows Sharp attention to detail balanced with the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture CPA or progress toward CPA a plus, not required Base salary up to $90K Medical coverage with three plan options, including an HSA option with a $500/year company contribution Dental (with and without ortho options) and vision coverage Company-paid life insurance/AD&D, plus voluntary life, short- and long-term disability, and EAP Generous time off: 15 PTO days to start, 13 paid holidays, 4 mental health days per year, plus parental leave, volunteer day, and more Financial and professional development perks — employee engagement platform, MBTI assessments, hardship assistance fund, and more Location: Atlanta (Powers Ferry) / Marietta, GA — hybrid, 3 days per week in office #AccountingJobs #SeniorAccountant #FinancialAnalyst #AtlantaJobs #MariettaGA #NowHiring #PrivateEquity #FinanceCareers #GrowthCompany #CareerOpportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
