Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a CNA, HHA, & Caregiver (full‑time PM) to join our growing team! HHA Wage: $17.00/hour – $22.00/hour, wage based on experience CNA Wage: $19.00/hour – $24.00/hour, wage based on experience Service Area: 1861 Commerce Boulevard, Mound, MN 5536 Schedule: 0.2 FTE and 0.4 FTE, 6am – 2:15pm. Two block options available. Position Duties & Responsibilities: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
