Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility located in Mound, MN, right off Commerce Blvd, by Lake Minnetonka. It offers a lakeside work environment and 72 total units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and dedicated to helping our residents age magnificently. Shifts Available: Part Time AM 6:00am-2:15pm Part Time PM 2:00pm-10:15pm Part Time NOC 10:00pm-6:15am Wages: HHA Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 (based on experience) CNA Wage: $19.00 - $24.00 (based on experience) Sign On Bonus : Part Time - $750 Are you compassionate towards others? Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described in the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an assisted living community. Strong interest in healthcare. Strong customer service and communication skills. Annual reviews with wage increases. Paid time off & paid holidays. 401(k) + company match.
