Job Title Resident Aide Salary Starting from $16.04/hour Job Description Advance Nursing Services is a recruiting agency for Serenity Recuperative Care and Hollidays Helping Hands, organizations that care for homeless families and individuals. We support the cause and fight to end homelessness. Our jobs focus on providing interim housing, nourishing meals and safe locations to empower our clients to find their journey to home. We are looking for reliable and hardworking entry level candidates to fill roles in various locations. Core Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance to residents/clients as directed (bathing, grooming, feeding, transferring/lifting, and toileting) Observe or examine residents to detect symptoms that may require medical attention Assist nurses with the operation of medical equipment or provision of care Perform other duties assigned Qualifications or Requirements Minimum one year experience as a Resident Aide Experience in Home Support Services is a plus Proficiency in techniques of bathing, feeding, lifting, and transporting patients, making beds, and caring for residents Ability to assist with post-mortem care Demonstrated patience and emotional stability Current BLS certification Recent physical exam and TB report within the past year Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time Experience working in a traditional housing facility Health insurance plans Flexible part‑time and full‑time schedules that fit with your personal life goals Equal Opportunity Employer Advance Nursing Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
