Logistics Manager

We're hiring a Logistics Manager for a global manufacturer of mission-critical industrial solution, and this role is a big one. This supply chain organization is actively scaling, with growth happening across sourcing, planning, and logistics. You'll report to the leader who owns Americas logistics strategy and take direct ownership of shipping and receiving, carrier management, 3PL setup, customs brokerage, and HTS tariff classification. Tariff recovery is a current strategic priority, and the company is evaluating a 3PL partnership for its Americas operations, so this hire will help lead that transition. What you own: Shipping and receiving operations and workflow 3PL, carrier, and customs broker relationships Import/export compliance and HTS classification Lean Manufacturing initiatives across quality, cost, safety, and delivery A team of 11-25, from hiring to performance management Department budget and capital improvement projects What you bring: 5+ years of general management experience in manufacturing Hands-on 3PL, carrier, and customs brokerage experience Working knowledge of HTS tariff classification and import/export compliance HS diploma or GED required, degree a plus Competitive salary, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available, full benefits, and 401(k) match.
