Compensation Analyst - TEMP Learning Care is looking for a full‑time Compensation Analyst Temp for a 6‑month assignment with the potential to become permanent. The Analyst will perform advanced analysis and support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with budgets. Essential Functions Lead complex compensation analyses and evaluate competitive trends for base and variable pay, recommending actions to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Oversee participation in compensation surveys, ensuring data accuracy and interpreting results to inform strategy and program design. Administer and continuously improve compensation programs, including salary structures, job pricing, and incentive programs. Perform advanced modeling and analysis of pay structures and workforce data to support budget planning, pay‑equity reviews, and strategic decision making. Lead key aspects of the annual pay‑increase cycle, modeling scenarios, analyzing budget impact, and supporting communication and implementation. Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to provide consultative guidance and recommendations on compensation matters. Support and help lead compensation compliance efforts, including pay‑equity reviews and regulatory audits. Develop documentation, tools, and best practices to improve compensation processes and operational efficiency. Lead or contribute to cross‑functional HR projects and system enhancements related to compensation (e.g., Oracle HCM, ServiceNow). Provide guidance and mentorship to junior compensation team members. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field (strongly preferred). 3+ years of experience in a Compensation role or HR role requiring significant data analysis (required). Experience utilizing HRIS systems (required); familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and ServiceNow (strongly preferred). HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP) or Compensation‑specific certification (CCP) (preferred). Other Skills and Abilities Excellent customer‑service skills with internal and external customers. Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Proficient time management, organization, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Intermediate to advanced Excel modeling skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data, report, and present metrics. Mathematical aptitude and data‑analysis skills. Able to resolve conflict/complaints quickly and appropriately.
