Bridal alterations assistant and customer service representative

Job Description

As a Bridal Alterations Assist and Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for brides during their alteration process. You will assist with alterations, support fittings, and provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and support to bridal clients
Assist with bridal alterations and fittings
Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently
Take accurate measurements for alteration purposes
Coordinate alteration processes between clients and seamstresses
Conduct client consultations to understand alteration needs

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in customer service
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of sewing techniques
