HVAC Installation Technician

Full‑Time HVAC Installation Technician Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire an experienced full‑time HVAC Installation Technician to engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes installing and replacing HVAC systems, ductwork, and wiring. The typical schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm with one weekend on call each month. To ensure success, we provide a take‑home company vehicle, tool account, and training . Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary of $50,000‑$90,000/year plus benefits. We pay 50% of health insurance, 2% healthcare match, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially (up to 4 weeks as you grow), 401k with match, paid holidays, and quarterly company events .
