Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities Lead, direct, manage and plan the Department of Supply Chain; continuously review all levels of supply chain to ensure alignment with strategic business goals. Optimize supply chain strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize expenditures and lead times. Strategically evaluate vendor contracts with carriers, negotiating prices and terms conditions. Monitor quality control standards of logistics providers and carriers; control forecasted costs related to their services. Negotiate 3PL (logistics partner) contract with the General Manager and HQ; evaluate performance and audit all logistics providers. Manage and optimize the importation strategy and drop‑ship model. Define and implement relevant warehouse strategy. Conduct supply and supplier risk assessments. Evaluate opportunities and manage partnerships with CMOs. Develop KPIs for the Department; monitor performance to provide improvement objectives and streamline supplies internally and externally. Monitor inventory for optimal accuracy and implement systems for standardized reports. Prepare monthly report on "Slow Movers". Ensure proper disposal of any obsolete products and minimize quality issues. Planning and Forecasting Continuously improve demand forecasting and supply chain planning. Define, improve and update SOPs; ensure adhesion from all stakeholders. Create and manage the annual department budget. Qualifications Education / Qualification: Masters’ Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or equivalent. Experience needed: +10 years’ experience in sales operations and supply chain with knowledge of demand and inventory management concepts, inventory replenishment and principles of international trade, customs related operations, warehousing and domestic distribution.
