Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a long-term care facility in Kane, PA. The LPN will work under the RN Supervisor as a Wing Supervisor, responsible for delivering quality resident care, supervising Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document resident conditions and vitals
• Transcribe physician orders in EMR/EHR system
• Supervise and support CNAs in daily care activities
• Update care plans and complete monthly summaries
• Assist with physician rounds and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
• Maintain narcotics counts and treatment supplies
• Provide direct resident care when required

Qualifications:

• Active LPN/LVN license (or eligibility in Pennsylvania)
• New graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts in a long-term care setting
