Product Support Specialist - Tech Focused

Salary: $41,600 - 41,600 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of data entry experience
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
• Capability to analyze financial data and perform calculations
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities
• Fluent in English
• Dependable individual with a desire to positively impact the community in a collaborative environment
• Reliable transportation to and from the office, punctuality is essential
• Availability to work at least one Saturday per month if necessary
• Commitment to work 100% onsite
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while engaging in desk work

• Learn, comprehend, and adhere to both Federal and State laws, along with Medicaid regulations and policies regarding public assistance programs
• Comply with all CAI and State security protocols
• Utilize available computer inquiry systems to secure necessary verifications
• Onboard new clients by administering an intake questionnaire to evaluate eligibility for Medicaid benefits
• Review applicants financial data and enter calculations into the eligibility system
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather general and sensitive information necessary for eligibility determination
• Collaborate with clients to securely obtain application documents through digital formats (PDF, JPEG, etc.)
• Record all case management details accurately in the eligibility system
• Participate in one-on-ones and staff meetings to remain updated on processes and procedures
• Take on additional case management responsibilities as needed
