What you will enjoy doing:

• Visit customers independently and collaborate with sales personnel as necessary
• Focus on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems
• Ensure ongoing accuracy of customer and product information
• Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone
• Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems
• Prepare analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the sales process
• Solve a range of straightforward problems and deliver solutions in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly and follow up to close the loop on open customer needs

• Prior sales support experience

Pay Range: $31.93-$46.83
