Overview Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR), Lamar, Colorado, United States. Start date: 09/07/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,857-$3,104 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. Work setting: hospital/critical access facility with multiple OR suites, PACU, and Pre‑op areas. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,857-$3,104 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 Days; typically daytime hours with potential late days Start date: 09/07/2026 Work setting: Surgical services within a hospital/critical access facility Responsibilities Provide direct patient care across Pre‑op, OR (circulator), and PACU within surgical services Function as primary caregiver and circulate surgical cases; support processing in central sterilizing and instrument handling Conduct patient assessments, document care, monitor recovery, and coordinate transfers Assist with patient education and support for families Adhere to infection control standards and follow established policies; align with IAHCSMM, AORN, ASGE, and ASPAN guidelines Report to the Surgical Services Manager or designee; participate in team communication and coverage as needed Requirements Active Colorado RN license ACLS certification CNOR certification preferred Scrub experience preferred Minimum of 3 years Pre‑op/OR/PACU experience preferred Ability to work in a fast‑paced surgical environment and meet shift requirements Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support Nationwide travel assignments Extension opportunities Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
